E Deen Hinds is a Senior Paralegal, Realtor and Notary Public for the State of Florida in the USA. Born in Kingston, Jamaica. Deen attended St. Francis Primary, and then Kingston College, where he studied General Studies. In 1983, he joined Dunn Cox, a premier law firm situated in the bustling city of Kingston Jamaica. At Dunn Cox Deen began to hone his skills as a Real estate clerk, maneuvering his tasks with zeal, zest and professionalism. Soon he was a household name at the various government offices that he attended daily.

In 1987 Deen started his paralegal studies at Kingston Legal Aid Clinic, under the tutelage of some of Jamaica top attorneys. This program was not only intense, but was very thorough on the laws of Jamaica, covering all aspects of Common law, Torts and Real estate. In 1989, Deen along with a small group of graduates was the second batch of paralegals to be trained in Jamaica. This was not only a proud moment for the paralegals that graduated, but also a very proud moment for a new industry in Jamaica.
